At Kirsche Capital, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for online purchases.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact and original packaging.

  • Exclusions: Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we offer a full refund processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.


OPTION 01: Return via Courier

To return an item via courier, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:

  1. Prepare the Package: Ensure the garment is properly sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  2. Include Details: Place a note inside the package with your Name, Contact Number, and Order Number.

  3. Address the Package:

Processing & Credits:

  • Once received and cleared by our quality inspection, the amount will be issued as Store Credits within 7 working days.

  • Store Credits have no expiry date and are valid for online purchases only.

  • If you prefer an exchange, the replacement item will be dispatched once your return is approved.

Courier Fees:

  • Pickup Service: We can arrange a pickup via our courier partner. A return courier charge of Rs. 400–500 will apply, payable at the time of pickup. To request this, please contact us via WhatsApp at 0702370123.

  • Independent Shipping: You may use your own courier service; however, Kirsche Capital cannot take responsibility for packages sent independently.


OPTION 02: Return via Retail Outlet

For your convenience, you may return or exchange items at our physical store.

  1. Visit Us: Drop by our store at 6 R. A. De Mel Mawatha, Colombo 00400.

  2. Form & Inspection: Fill out the returns form at the counter. Items must be dropped off within 14 days of purchase.

  3. In-Store Exchange: Exchanges are permitted for the actual price paid for the product (excluding discounts).

  4. Store Credits: If an exchange is not made immediately, the amount will be credited to your account as store credits within 7 working days.


Quality Assurance

Please note that if a returned item fails our quality inspection (is not in resalable condition or shows signs of wear), it will be sent back to the customer. The entire return/exchange process may take 7–14 working days.
